Brittlestar cupcakes

For my friends birthday I made brittle star cupcakes. It was a red velvet cupcake, covered with cream cheese frosting. The decorations were made from plastic icing and royal icing.

A course

After much deliberations, I decided to attend two cake decorating courses with The cake chef in Kloof. Below are a few cake I did at the coarse.

The start

I love baking...and wanted to do cake decorating since I was little. I created this blog to share the cakes that I have done in the past and hopefully all the cakes I'll decorate in the future.
