The brief for this cake was to create the background for spiderman, as the boy wanted a real spiderman toy on the cake.

Black and white was the theme for this young lady's 16th birthday party. These were chocolate cupcakes with white icing and vanilla cupcakes with black icing.

Ocean and garden themed cake

This cake was for two ladies, one who like the ocean and the other that likes gardening. What a challenge. I stumbled upon this picture while looking for ideas, and I thought that this could work. The trick of this cake was that it had to fly to Johannesburg, therefore nothing that can wobble. This was a chocolate cake with a chocolate ganache filling. The fence is white chocolate that goes all to the way through the cake, just to make sure that it doesn't break off. The flowers was piped with royal icing
