I received an order for 280 cupcakes, all in individual boxes. My first thought was to run, but with lots of help and long hours, these cupcakes turned out great.

Dragon cakes

Dragon cakes was the order of the day, but with a catch. The request was not for one, but two dragons. What a challenge! I loved making these two carved dragon cakes for a brother and sisters on their birthday.

Photo cake

This photo cake was for a lady on her 85th birthday. The family wanted photos of her children and grandchildren on the cake as most of them could not be at this special event. The cake was finished off with flowers, made from plastic icing, and her favourite saying " my Life is but a Weaving".
