Cake balls

I started making these amazing cake balls, that are so nice, you just want to finish the whole lot. These are such a great hit! The cake balls are perfect for a party, as something sweet, instead of cupcakes and cake.

Chocolate panel wedding cake

This 3 tier wedding consisted of: 2 chocolate baron tiers, one vanilla caramel layer, white chocolate panels and fresh white roses. The cake looked amazing!

Marlin cake

For my brother's birthday, I made him a Marlin cake. I sculpted the cake, covered it with plastic icing and then painted the fish. It turned out great!

Chocolate collar cake

My first attempt at a chocolate collar cake with some detail. I found a picture of a cake I liked and attempted to remake the cake as a birthday present. This was a chocolate cake, covered with chocolate. For the top I made cake balls instead of truffles.

13th Birthday

This cake was for a girl's 13th Birthday. She wanted a black and purple topsy turvy cake. The top tier was a chocolate cake and middle carrot cake, the bottom was a dummy.
